Invisalign Teen is a variant of Invisalign, a revolutionary alternative to braces that does away with metal brackets and wires, instead using a series of clear, removable aligners to straighten teeth. The aligners are inherently a great option for socially conscious teens – they’re virtually invisible, so there’s no need to worry about having braces during prom or school pictures! Furthermore, they can be easily popped in and out to eat, drink, brush, and floss, so they carry they minimize dietary restrictions of braces and maintaining oral hygiene is as easy as ever.
But Invisalign Teen carries even more advantages. Each aligner comes equipped with a special Blue Dot Compliance Indicator, an innovative mechanism that tells doctors, parents, and teens if the aligners are being worn enough or need to be kept in more diligently.
